The song was certified 2x multi-Platinum by the RIAA. His Damn Country Music album included the Lori McKenna-penned track “Humble and Kind,” which earned a CMA Award for Song of the Year in 2016, as well as a Grammy for Best Country Song, and an American Music Award for Favorite Country Song. With Big Machine, he released the albums Damn Country Music, Sundown Heaven Town, and the Gold-certified Two Lanes of Freedom.
